High-speed rail projects are costly, take years to deliver and must survive changing governments and economic conditions. Despite these variables, high-speed rail projects remain at the top of the agenda for the majority of global governments. Many projects are already underway, particularly in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

High-Speed Rail Design, Build and Operations 2010 will address the specific challenges of designing and delivering, and operating and maintaining a multi-million pound high-speed rail network. The event provides a platform for senior managers, technical specialists and project leaders to discuss the innovations across high-speed infrastructure and rolling stock and the interaction between the two.
